Cancellation Policy
BOOKING YOUR APPT:
-Valid credit card is required for booking. You may use another form of payment during checkout if you choose.
-Clients must be 18 years or older. Clients under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present.
- No additional guess allowed.
PREPARING FOR APPT:
-For best wax results: -Hair length at least 1/4 inch (the length of a grain of rice).
-2-3 weeks of hair growth from last shave to achieve best results
-Personal hygiene is expected.
-Clean skin allows for the best wax results. -Services can be held during your cycle with a fresh tampon.
ARRIVING TO YOUR APPT:
-Early arrival is necessary for check in.
-Consent forms for treatment must be filled out and signed.
-Alabasterestheticstudio maintains the right to refuse service.
Late Policy:
There is a 10 minutes grace period. Please note if you arrive later than the allow grace period the appointment will be cancel, you will lose your deposit and will require rescheduling. Call or text to confirm - there may be room in the schedule to keep the appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
I know things happen; however you are required to cancel at least 24
hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a payment of 50% of the services.
